Executive Development and Coaching
Simon Knox is an experienced and highly regarded teacher who has worked in classrooms around the world for over twenty years with executives from leading companies in every industry sector. Below, he is delivering a keynote at Said Business School in Oxford. As well as presenting regularly on open programmes at many business schools in the UK, Europe, Australia and Africa, Simon Knox is frequently invited to contribute to tailored in-company events for companies like Unilever, Shell, Canon, AC Nielsen, SMA Nutrition, as well in developing economies such as the Nigerian banking sector where he has worked with both GTBank and FCMB.
In recent times, Simon has been devoting more time to executive coaching and mentoring. As an authorised coach for Cranfield , he is working with former MBA and MSc students who have now reached senior management positions and wish to seek his support and advise. He also works with senior management from outside Cranfield. Simon works by establishing an informal, relaxed and professional atmosphere with executives to help them structure and affirm their professional development priorities. As a mentor, he can also draw upon his extensive business knowledge and experience in helping improve personal productivity and effectiveness, as well as honing skills in strategic thinking. Often in the course of mentoring and coaching senior executives, Simon is also asked to review company strategy, particularly its customer-facing processes and capabilities, and to make recommendations for change.
